After charging my credit card nearly $75.00 for their product ove a month ago, I still have not received my product. When I call to ask where it is, the customer DIS-service representatives treat me rudely on the phone, as if they are doing you a favor.
Then after calling back and insisting they they give me a refund, all they can tell me is that I have to receive the product first, then return it. They offered to send me a second shipment, but after a week, they still have not shipped the second shipment.
These people should be closed down immediately. They are a bunch of lying, deceptive asshole and don't deserve anyone else's business.
