I simply named the 888# outlined in different grievances. I expected them just how to return these products I've plus they believed to maintain it within the original unopened package and simply create return to sender in it and you'll get a credit once they have them back. I'll have an interest to determine if it is really because I requested the very first container after I requested proactiv therefore it was reduced and that I had no concept these were likely to keep giving them. I'venot actually exposed the very first container. I'll maintain all educated regarding the result. Best of luck!
