Purchased a supposedly free sample for $6.95 S&H, emailed and called the company to cancel upon finding out about the company's crappy business practices and fraudulent activities, told that the only way to get out of it was to pay for it. Basically they are defrauding consumers using the USPS as a complicit party in their scam given they will not accept refused or returned to sender items after the fact nor will they let the consumer cancel their order without receiving payment first. Diana and Shannon at the customer service center are completely useless, and it appears that Diana, the alleged supervisor is the only person who is in management at this alleged company, owned by an alleged person by the name of Todd Eric. I think the company is a sham or a front for something else, assuming it exists at all given that the emails come back Mailer Daemon and the only physical phone number for the company terminates in what appears to be a cellphone that is never answered.
