I ordered Wu Yi tea back in January. 5 minutes after ordering, I called and canceled. Then, in February, a charge for $19.95 hit my account. Then in March. Both times I called and told Living Lean that I had never heard from them before and that I wanted the charges credited to my account. Both times they said they couldn't refund my money. Now, again in April, another charge. I called again and raised holy h& with them. They transferred me to a "supervisor" who told me that, when I ordered the tea, there was a large box stating that with the tea order, I was automatically enrolled in Living Lean. Never saw the box. When I called and canceled the Wu Yi tea order, they should have told me that I needed to call this other company and cancel as well, but nothing was said. When I talked to the Living Lean supervisor, I was told that "according to their company policy they could only refund two of the three payments." I told him I had never heard of their company nor had I read any policy. Alas, only 2 of the 3 payments are supposed to be refunded. I want the 3rd payment refunded. I called my bank, US Bank and told them about it. They are doing a "small case investigation." As far as I am concerned, this is a HUGE scam/fraudulent internet charge scam that needs to be addressed. Both Wu Yi tea AND Living Lean Las Vegas need to be stopped. Now.
