I've canceled my membership 2 month ago, they kept taking the fees out of my checking account. I've called, they have NO records of me. They have not recieved my cancelation letter. The Lady who helped me on the phone was chewing gum I believe while talking to me. I've e-mailed again and canceled my membership. So far I've paid 2 additional monthly fees, they will not reemburse me my money. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
