Three months ago, I mailed my glasses to this company. The arm was broken. The company charged me $50 and told me it would take 1-2 weeks to fix.
I have contacted the company on several occasions. Every time I call, I get a different story about my glasses.
I have not received a refund, nor have I received my glasses. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. A representative stated that this company has over 16 complaints on file, spanning a two year period.
I wish I had done some research about this company before entrusting my designer frames with it. Do yourself a favor and find another company to fix your glasses.
