Company charged me 5 times the price advertised for the item

I called to order a stop smoking program from a TV advertisement. I price was $39.00. I was told that if I ordered the 2nd months product at the same time I would receive free shipping. I ask for the total price that would be charged to my Debit account and was told that it would be calculated and would be in line with the the offered price. Two days later my Bank Account is debited 206.65. NOT EXACTLEY IN LINE with the advertised price.
