The product was placed on my face by the sales woman and even though I told her I had sensitivity to facial products she reassured me that the product was "all natural" and backed by Dr. Oz. She did not for safety apply it to my arm to see if there would be a reaction because she swore they put it on hundreds of people with no reaction. The man who was with her was very pushy. After putting the cream on my eyes the woman put a facial scrub on my arm and a "vitiman C" lotion. My arm started to burn when I told her she called the man over he said "tingling was suppose to happen" I told him it was burning and he blatantly said "then you are having a reaction" turned on his heel and walked away. I went to the next door department store to wash my eyes off as they were burning. I woke up with both eyes swollen shut. I called Gatiae spoke to a man with a similar accent as the other man, he claimed it was not him yesterday. Then he began blaming me for the swelling telling me I had to have done something and when I told him I used my normal products he said he didn't know what to tell me
I called www.veravine.com and spoke to a customer service person who wanted all the information about the store saying they would call them about the proper application of using the arm first as a tester. I told her it was their product that created my allergic reaction and swollen eyes. She apologized but said she couldn't do anything when I told her I was missing a day of work, having to see a doctor and it was all because of their product. Again she said she couldn't do anything.
I am now on predisone, eye drops for itchy eyes and am missing another day of work. Because a store in a bid to gain sales incorrectly applied a product even after a person told them of sensitivity to different products and a company who will not stand up to their responsibility to their product or the outcome of their product.
