My brake pads were starting to rub, so I take my car to Professional Muffler & Brake. They tell me not only do I need brake pads, but rotars, drums ect. Basically eveything new all the way around. So, wanting to keep my car in good condition, I tell them to go ahead. Keep in mind here I am a female, by myself, don't know anything about cars. They could have told me anything. Now that I think about it, my brake pads were just starting to rub, nothing else seemed wrong. I sat ther for 4 hours with the guy working behind the counter the whole time trying to sweet talk me. They got the wrong parts twice! Now I'm an hour late for work, had to have someone pick my kids up from school because I was still waiting for my car. When I leave, my brakes are clicking. I had to get to work. I also go to school full time and am a single mom. I've been back 2 or three times now and told them my car is messsed up. They told me they don't make appointments and I would have to wait. The last time I went in he said it would be at least an hour before they could look at it. I told him about my busy schedule, but it did'nt matter. My car is so embarrassing to drive. Brake pads rub some loud clicking and my tires just don't feel right, like theres something wrong. It took every dollar I had. I even had to go to my credit union before thy started to withdraw every penny I had. Now I'm stuck with this car ten times worse than before it was "fixed".
