I was ordering something from a new site, and before I could ge to the payment page after already placing my order, I was directed to the above reported site. They were offering a free trial order of CordiaBurn (the miracle pill), there was no membership required and only $4.95 for shipping a 30 day sample to you. I foolishly bought into it. I 'did' receive the product, which was falsely marketed, and chalked my loss of $4.95 to vanity.
Three weeks later I received an envelope in the mail with a bottle of the same pills, but this time a receipt of $44.90 saying that it was being to charged to my credit card. (the one I ignorantly gave for the free trial). I called immediately the number applied and was put on hold and then hung up on, which was repeated thru the next week. I wrote them and visited their website to file a comment/complaint.
Finally after much time spent on something I didn't order to begin with, I received an email with the RMA # needed so I could send this back to them for a refund. My complaints are many, I did not order this, and had I of not accepted it, I find I would have been charged with out any recourse. I was charged a (restocking fee of 15%) again on something I didn't order or want. Have been hung up twice by a customer service rep and then his supervisor. They finally issued my credit (minus the 15%) after repeated calls to them. How can we alow this to go on.
Please do not do business with this company, because if you are lucky enough to ever get them to actually answer their phones, they are rude and non-willing to take responsibility, even after been read their own agreement with the "free trial".
