Does not live up to its claim of answering emails w/in 24 hours to honor their guarantee

I purchased a 6 month supply of their product Enzara with the explicit guarantee that after trying it if not satisfied I could return any unused bottles and empty bottles for a 100% return.

I have been trying unsuccessfully now for a week to contact this company only to find the phone number is a mail box thats always full and the emails are returned as undeliverable
