I too was ripped off by this company also.
I March 3rd I placed an order for vanity and paid $209.90 which was deducted immediately.
I got an email instantly thanking me for my order and for payment and that was the last I heard from them.
I tried contacting them several times via email but all to no avail. Then suddenly the site disappeared with no way of contacting them at all!
After 30 days I contacted my bank to try and get a chargeback. The bank have honoured me that and have obviously contacted the company to claim it back from them.
I have now received an email stating that my item was posted today (45days later and only because they risk having to give the money back may I add).
Now I no longer want this product. God knows what it is or what it contains.
If it was a legitimate product then why are there so many complaints about people not receiving. It's obviously not going to be what it is sold as - so in fact it could contain anything.
When I ordered I was really keen to try the product but now I don't trust them and no longer have any interest in taking their product.
When the product arrives (or should I say IF product arrives) I won't be accepting it!
