Bought a stand up training bag at auction. Found out fill cap was missing. Tried to order one from customer service. Their exact quote: we can only replace items that are ordered through our web site or through our order line.
A perfectly good training bag and I can't even order a cap for it. The bag was originally made by century but they don't make bags for billy blanks anymore so they wouldn't help me either.
Don't buy any used Billy Blanks Equipment, they won't sell you repair parts.
