I would first just like to say how very disappointed in this company that I have become. Back in March I made an order for some exercise bands on Billy Blanks online, at that time when I went to check out, the company added on a "free" package of vanilla shakes. Not realizing or having been fully informed, I went ahead and accepted this offer. Evidently that signed me up for an auto payment monthly... However, I didn't actually begin to get product from Billy Blanks until October (6 months later!) at which time I wondered why I was receiving this product in the mail, not realizing that they were debiting my checking account for this product, then I received another shipment of product that is when I called to find out what was going on, it was then that I realized Billy Blanks had been accessing my checking account without me really being aware. First of all, why did it take so long for Billy Blanks company to charge me? And second of all, the customer service rep. Told me how to return the product for a refund, I have sent back to the Billy Blanks return department 2 of the shipped product packages and still have not received my money credited back to my checking account.

I have called numerous times now, and each time I receive the same statement from their workers (Randy on 12/5/07, May on 12/17/07, Joyce on 12/27/07 and Evar on 12/27/07, then Dana on 1/3/08 and Jeff 1/3/08, then Jaz on 1/15/08 and Mike Rodrigues (a manager) on 1/3/08 and 1/15/08, that my credit should be there within 5-7 business days. It is now January 16, and I still have yet to receive any of my money back, Billy Blanks has had the return product since November 19th, and I know this because I sent the product back certified mail return receipt requested, which is when Val Henry in the Billy Blanks return department signed for the return product.

I think that the return/refund should have been already credited to my account, this company has verified my account number so there is no reason at all that something like this should take 38 business days to resolve, not to mention I've been told to "be patient" because the return process can take 5-7 business days... I've reported this company to the BBB and hope something will happen to them... Although with our legal system today it really makes me wonder! If your thinking of ordering from this company, I would think again!!!
