Ordered their tea free for postage and handling. Free 14 day trial at the end of which they charge you 37.00 for the FREE tea. Plus 19.95 for some kind of service to call in and check with someone. I am still unclear as to what this service is. Then 30 days later they send you a 60 day supply for 55 dollars.
Canceling is a pain you have to do it in writing if you call all you get is an email address to send your cancel information to and then you get an email saying we have already sent your next shipment of 55.00 and you have to send it back to get a refund.
Plus you have to call the weight loss service seperately to cancel it.
What a crock. I will never order anything online again. Whatever happened to to being able to buy something straight forward without the hype and hidden costs. I have been billed 112.00 for three boxes of tea. Worth probably 12.00.
I may or may not get my money back if I send it back within the time allotted and with the proper instructions. Tracking no. Etc.
