Michael Baglino owner of First Choice Medical Care is an absolute wack job! On January 18 at 2:00pm Friday afternoon the mad doctor Michael Baglino was telling me about how bad the flu was this year. Michael Baglino said he could give me a flu shot if I needed one. He claimed he was a doctor. I was visiting his neighbor in the office next to him when we started having this conversation outside in the lobby. I told him I have never had the flu shot and it's probably a waste of my money anyways because I'm able to fight the flu off each year without any help. He said that if I decided to get the flu shot that he would give me 50 percent off and it would be only $100 bucks. I told him I would think about it. The next Friday January 25 I was visiting the office next to Michael's office when a patient of Michael's was coming out of his office. I noticed she had a Band-Aid on her arm and I asked her if she had the flu shot. She said she gets one each year and that she just got her flu shot from Michael. I told her I was thinking about getting one but $100 dollars is a bit much for me. She told me what are you talking about??? I told her that Michael said he would give me 50 percent off the flu shot this year if I get one and that it would be $100 bucks. She laughed and said the full price for the flu shot without insurance is only $45 bucks! Now I'm thinking WHAT THE HELL!
On February 8 I ran into Michael again outside his office and confronted him about this. Michael said "I never said that". BIG FAT LIAR! As soon as I told him he did say that, Michael then got rude with me and asked me to move my car because it was parked in his patient parking space. I figured now he is just being mean. But I moved my car anyways. After I moved my car, a man from the neighboring office came out to me and asked if I had to move my car because of the Mad Doctor. I said yes I did, I said that Michael Baglino said it was for his patients. The man from the neighboring office said "That idiot doctor parks in the first 2 spaces everyday and makes his patients walk all the way across the parking lot." I replied "you mean the front 2 parking spaces are for him and not his patients"? The gentle man in the neighboring office replied "exactly!". The gentlemen went on to say that Michael Baglino screams and yells at everyone who parks in his parking spaces and that the gentleman has lost a lot of customers because of the mad doctor. I'm beginning to think that he isn't a doctor at all. If this idiot is like this with his prices and parking spaces, imagine what he is like with his medical practices.

Since these above instances I have personally witnessed over 4 patients leave Michael Baglino's First Choice Medical Care office angry as hell! I don't know what they were mad about but each time Michael Baglino was yelling out his office door at them saying something. I wish I had more detail about those instances but I can only tell you what happened to me. This guy is a total wack job and a fraud! He tried to price scam me and makes his patients park on the other side of the parking lot while he enjoys his 2 front parking spaces which are 5 feet from his office door.
