I also signed up and was wary=I asked a thousand questions—so much so that they had to keep stopping the recording to verify and agree to plan. I was told that this is a "hybrid" plan and the actual card says a ppo network BUT it is not true! IT IS a discount plan! And they can't even asssure that area hospitals will recognize it! DO not sign up! I even called the NJ Dept. Of Banking and Insurance and was told that these are rampant—though they sure do not seem to care. Scam!!
