After ordering a sample from them they charged me 69.95 two weeks later for nothing

I ordered a sample from them and then two weeks later they charged me 69.95 for nothing. I did not order anything else from them or receive anything else from them. I have called several times and can never get anyone on the phone. I wish I would have investigated them a little further before ordering from them now.
