Refused the unopened and on time return of the trial and of the next shipment they sent ignoring to my two written demands to close the account. They also charged my credit card

As soon as I received the first trial enveloppe, I sent it back unopened with a letter saying that the account had to be closed and nothing was to be sent anymore. They then sent me another package with which I followed the exact same procedure. Next thing I know, they are charging my credit card and sending me back the two packages I had returned.

I have now called my credit card company saying I am refusing the charges and I am now going to be filling a report with their specialized office. It is obvious that this is a ripoff and that we are not out of the woods with that company.
