Purchased a trial of their product for my wife. She became ill from the flu and could not try the product. Still have the original unopened product. The trial was like. 99 cents or something. About two weeks later they hit my Credit card for 149.95. I do not remember seeing anything in their ad about charging you 149.95 after the 14 days. I called the company to get the charge removed and they told me it is not refundable and blatantly refused to credit back the 149.95 even if I return the unopened product.
I have multiple emails asking for their physical address and they refuse to supply it. They refuse to refund the money and they refuse to take the unopened product back. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and am disputing the charge with my bank. Don't trust anything you are told on the phone with this company. Do everything in writing.
