Ordered the '14 day free trial' of tea and to my surprise also received the first month's supply as well. The ad said would not be billed if returned within the 14 days. I cancelled and did send it back and even received confirmation of delivery by the post office that I was within the 14 days stated. To my amazement, a full 8 days later Wu-Yi Source took $37 out of our account for the month's supply (that I sent back and they already had in their possession for 8 days). Calls and emails are pointless with these people. They are scripted in their responses and eventually promise a refund (minus restocking fees) within 7-10 business days! Why so long? (they say they only process refunds every 2 weeks & how convenient to give them more time to use customer's money to their advantage I guess). Everyone beware. The only weight you lose with this product is the money out of your wallet!!!
