I recieved information for medical Insurance that would only cost 289.00 per month for a couple that would provide 25.00 Dr. Visits. When the plan arrived 2 mths later it was a dicount med plan not insurance and 50.00 Dr visits. When I requested a refund I recieved a letter that stated I would recieve my complete refund of 415.00 with in 30 days that was in Oct. I still have not recieved my refund and have called the company several times.
First I was told it had been sent and I should have already recieved it. I told the young lady if I would have recieved it I would not be waisting my time or hers asking about it. She then placed me on hold for about 20 minutes and the connection was ended. I called back the next day to be told it would be in the next batch to go out and the lady assured me she would put it in for the batch to go out. She also told me my refund is going to be 386.00 not my 415.00 that I had paid. When I asked her why she said that I would have to speak to the board of directors for the answer but had no way for me to contact them.
I waited for another month and called back and was told they were releasing the funds for the refunds when I asked how they did not have the funds that I paid in I was told "I don't know that is what we have been told" Is there any one who can help me resolve this?
