Galaxy Benefits withdrew $19.95 from my checking account without my consent. I have never heard of this company before I seen it on my bank account. I have called my bank which is doing an investigation on them. They have told me that I need to go to the police department and file a frauduelant report and bring it back into them. They also state that they want to change my account now and I have several bills that are automatically taken out of my account and this will cause alot of time getting my bills rerouted to a new one.
