Galaxybenefits this company call had went into my bank account and took from me 19.95 for i dont know what reason and i do not know them and now i am owning my bank a withdraw of 85.00 dollars

I had went to my bank to find out why was i overdraft for 85.00 dollars, and they told me that this company called Galaxy Benefits had took out my bank account $19.95 for something i really dont know about, and that now my account is withdraw $85.00. They also gave me the number of the company to call them. So when i got home and called i found out that i can not even get in thouch with these people and i really dont know who they are and dont even understand why they had took it upon there self to go into my bank account and draw out 19.95 for what ever reason i dont know.
