Ordered product 1 month ago, no return call, no satisfaction, wont answer calls. Want money back.internet

We ordered this product befor christmas in I have called the number several times to complain or get my money back, but all you ever get is a music recording, and "all customer satisfaction reps. Are busy at this time, please hold for the next available rep. I have done this a total of 16 times over tha last 2 weeks and never get through. Can nothing be done about this? I have seen several bad reports on this company and am worried I have been SCAMMED. Help!
