My dog got into a bottle of my Metaboup, a product that came with my order of Lipozene. I went to the website to search for a customer service in order to inquire about what should be down about the health and safety of my dog. I could not get through to any service representative, I had to deal with a machine who could not answer my question, nor transfer me to a representative because when I pressed 0 my call would be disconnected. Lipozene has the WORST customer service. I called the new customer line and discovered they dont even work for Lipozene! They are a third party with no direct line to Lipozene! How can you have a customer service line that gives no service? I will never use or order any of Lipozene's products again.
