Free Trial offer from hoodiaphen ended up costing me 149.95. They say you only need to pay for the shipping which comes to 4.95, but then when you act on that they put you on a list for auto-refill, and then they charge you the 149.95. I sent many emails to their "customer support" email address to cancel my order, and this was only a few hours after i had placed my order because i found out someone else had a rip off report on the same company, and it took weeks to get a response.
In the response it stated that my order had already been shipped.
A week or more later i get the so called free trial, but only after i had already been charged 149.95. I tried to contact anyone, anyway that i could i sent emails i called and left messages. Most of the customer support isnt even real, they all say that the website can not be found.
Finally my husband found the site which is www.usaveonpills.com, and there you have to submit a ticket and then come back to the site everyday to check the status of your ticket to see if it has been looked at. You have to sign up or set up a account on that page, and when i tried to do it my computer gave me a warning but i had to continue in order to get my ticket or rather my complaint submited.
Long story short, nothing is free. They now tell me that there is no refund when you sign up for the free trial, they told me its my own fault and i am resposible for the charge. When i did get the auto-fill shipment it wasnt even the product i had ordered it is called Phenterthin, the "free trial" i got was hoodiaphen. That doesnt make sence to me at all. I want my money back, because they sent me something i didnt order. I never placed an order for phenterthin all i wanted was to try the hoodiaphen for the 4.95, which they did charge me for so in total the have charged my account 154.90$ for a so-called "free trial". If anyone can help, that would be great.
