For 4.95 i was to be shipped their product but they charged my bank card $149.95, help! Internet

I was told for $4.95 I would be shipped their product. I was never told about the $149.95 they charged my bank card. They said this was a free offer and that time was running out and I would be charged only shipping. This was hardly the case. Please help! Thanks.
