January 31, offered a trial sample of the product if I paid Shipping and Handling cost of $7.95. Charged my accout on 2/13/06 for the $7.95 s&h, then 2 days later on 2/15/06, charged an un authorized amount of $129.90 for a 90 day supply.
I noticed the withdrawl on 2/17/06, contacted my bank immediatly, told them of the unauthorized withdrawl, they gave me the number to Ultima Patch so that i could try and resolve this with the company.
I tried to contact Ultima Patch LLC at 6:30pm 2/17/06, had to leave a message, gave them my name and number, told them to contact me immediatly and to return my funds into my bank account, that they did it unauthorized.
I called back again and followed what it told me to do if i needed to contact them now, I went on line like it told me to do and the "link" it told me to click on, on their web page did not have a "short form" to fill out like it told me it would have. There was no link at all.
