I wasn't even going to try the so called "FREE" sample, as I closed the box on my screen, then another pop-up stated "FREE" sample, only pay $4.95 for shipping. So I thought, ok, why not? Weeks went by, I never recievd anything, and I am at home, I see my mail delivered daily.
Not even a e-mail from this company confirming that I had even ever ordered anything from them. I was beginning to doubt that I did in fact. Not until yesterday on my bank statement web-page did I see the charges.
Not only did the "ultima patch" charge the $4.95 back on the 16th for the shipping of my "free" sample, they now on the 28th processed a charge through my account in the amount of $130.00.
I immediately tried to contact the number on my statement. They were (when I finally reached a person) absolutly NO help. They in fact said that after the 12day trial I was automatically enrolled into their auto shippment order. They told me that Indeed my "free" sample was shipped to enjoy for 12 days and now I have a order already sent and charged to my bank. Of course I argued with them that I never recieved ANYTHING from them, No e-mail, no customer#, no checking to see if wether I was in fact enjoying my sample that I NEVER recieved! So I went to my bank to try to get my money put back into my account, and basicly they said to try myself first to see if these scammers'ultima patch" will just give me back my money. Well no such luck, they are sticking to their claim that the sample was delivered and I used it and I must of just fell in love on the "ultima patch" and decided to take away grocery money to feed my five children to spend $130.00 on something like that for myself! They scammed me, and when I really got involved to reserach this, looks like I'm not the only one.
As I told the customer rep on the phone at "ultima patch" even if their product worked a complete mircle (which I will never know) and melted 10 pounds overnight, I still would never spend the amount of money that they STOLE from my account on it! I don't see how this can be legal. They do this enough, and then go out of business I guess, Then they make a fast dollar. I hope to get my bank to put back my money, and I sincerly hope and pray that these people be stopped and no one else falls victem to their scheme.
