Kimkins.com - Heidi Diaz - Kimkins Diet Kimkins is a potentially dangerous very low calorie diet spouted by a founder whom has no nutritional or medical expertise and whom in fact is still obese

The kimkins diet is a fraudulent and potentially dangerous diet scam created by a woman named Heidi Diaz or otherwise known online as Kimmer. Many people appear to be sick from this diet due to it's very low calorie nature, with disorded views towards food. Very low calorie diets as well as rapid weight loss carry many health risks and thus need to be done under strict medical supervision and only for people that fit certain criteria. This, is not the case with Kimkins, anyone can do kimkins, no medical supervision necessary. But not only that Kimmer has no professional experience in medicine, nutrition or obesity. She is just a regular person giving out dietary advice, not just any dietary advice but potentially dangerous dietary advice. She encourages very low calories, water fasting, daily use of laxatives, whatever it takes to attain rapid weight-loss.

There are, teenagers doing her nutritionally bankrupt diet with lot's of marketing being aimed at them from spreading false rumours about famous celebrities doing her diet to answering questions asked by teenagers on yahoo answers with links to the website. There was a 14 year old girl whom had perhaps a little puppy fat on her forum, struggling to eat a mere 500 calories a day, in which Kimmer assured her, that she did not need to eat any more calories. Who the heck is she to give such advise?

But also, she has been proven to be a fraud, to start with, she claims to have lost 198pds on kimkins in 11 months and maintained it for 5 years, yet upon investigation she is still obese with photos and video to prove it!

What's more, is her after photos were fake, the famous red dress photo was stolen from a Russian bride website but this didn't just stop at her... Almost, all her success stories on her website were fake, with before and after photos also stolen from Russian bride websites.

The Kimkins controversy has since been aired on National TV on various channels. The day the story was aired on The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet, Heidi was in court for her deposition for an upcoming class action lawsuit. Following the deposition her assets were frozen but not before she was able to buy a house worth over $400,000 allegedly just days after her deposition.

Make sure to google kimkins to see the full story.
