Employee prespective vermont?

I am a very new employee to ccombined insurance in vermont. I have been reading these posts all day today, and frankly i was kind of excited when i went through the whole interview process, but now i am getting discouraged. I see that none of these posts are from vermont, has anything negative with this company happened to anyone in vermont? I think for some reason each state is like a seperate division.
