My Vermont Castings dealer has had a thermal coupler on order for our Majestic Vermont Gas Fireplace for over a month. At this point, there is simply no way to "make it right". There is no excuse for a dead-of-winter service failure like this. This is our primary heat source. Our dealer is Fireplace City in York County, PA.
