I have done business with e-painmeds global in Jan. Called them 11-05 and had a conversation with a medical person, or so they said, and gave my symptoms. After which they said it was in line to go to the pharmacy and they said it was an unkown delivery date, however they charged my credit card for the cost of the meds.
I was able to contact them regarding delivery on 11-14 and was told I would receive my order they just didn't know when. Since then all lines are busy 24/7. Even the number listed on the visa bill is busy.
I have called my credit card company and reported it. Because there was no delivery date I must wait a full 30
days before they remove the charge.
What a rip-off!
