Epainmedsglobal ripped me off. Charged my card then did not send perscription. STOLE MY MONEY! Ripoff

Long story short, I have permanent damage to my back from several surgeries and have been on pain meds for almost ten years now.

I have used epainmedsglobal.com for about three years now and up until this year I have not had any problems with them. Boy did thing suddenly change this month though.

I called in for my regular refill and was advised that I was due a consult, no big deal. I called and was connected with a doctor and she advised me that before I could recieve another refill I must first update my medical records, so I did.

I sent in my most rescent visit like she asked, through the normal fax, waited 48 hours as I normally do, then called them back.

In the mean time, they had already charged me with my first $52.00 consult fee and all the doctor did was tell me to send in more records.

When I called back the lady on the phone immediately connected me with the doctor again, and I was told they had not received any records yet.

She told me to resend my records using an alternate fax number. (which did not work, so i sent them to the original number.) This cost me another $52.00.

This time I waited four days, then called them back. The customer service rep told me they did get them and connected me with the consult once again. Another $52.00 was charged to my card.

This time my records were approved and i was told they would send me my pain meds. This cost me $113.00. The shipping normally takes about two days, so after two weeks I was on the phone again.

I talked to a different rep and told them how dissatisfied I was and they told me they would have to call me back. Two more weeks went by and I called them once again.

This time I let them have it. I told them how I thought they were just trying to rip me off, and that I was going to turn them in. They hung up on me.

About a week later someone called my cell phone from epainmeds and appologized for the inconvience I'd been put through and long story short, I was charged another $52.00.

Now it has been over two months and I have still not recieved any meds. I continue to try to call the number and it is always busy. I try to log in and I go to this blank page with a button on it that says "update". I push it, and I get logged off.

I am fed up with theses people charging my debit card and sucking money out of my checking account and me not getting anything for it.

If you are thinking about getting your pain meds online, dont do it. I went back to my normal doctor and got my scripts wrote up for me.

It was nice for a while being able to just order things online and not have to go to the doctors office everytime my refills ran out. But so far every online pharmacy I have gone to has had one problem or another, and I will no longer use them.
