Pharm Support Group - Ordered meds online, got 2 e-mails confirming order and order number. But no meds! Internet

I had ordered from this company before with no problem. I received my medication promptly. That order was placed about 8 months ago.

I placed another order on Nov. 23. I received 2 e-mails stating that my order was processed and would be shipped in 24 hours, after they made sure
there was no credit card fraud.

I was sure my meds would come quickly like they did before. Well it is now Dec. 28 and I have not received my medication. My e-mails do not get any replys. The phone number I call is always busy, and to add insult to injury I can't even find their website.
