On October 2 I ordered a free sample of a vitamin supplement called poten cx from a company called Puremeds for the cost of $4.95 shipping and handling. This was done through my debit card I have from my bank.
On October 30 Puremeds deducted from my account without authorization the sum of $59.95 for a bottle I never received. Then again on November 1 they made another unauthorized withdrawal from my account of the sum of $59.95 for another bottle I never received.
