Watch out. When you order this, it says you only pay for shipping and handling. (I thought it was put out by an organization that was supporting people to quit smoking.)
When I received it, it says I owe $39.95. I called and the lady told me that there is a little box that says disclaimer and when you have to click it to get your order, in that disclaimer (which to me a disclaimer is not saying you have to pay anything) you agree to pay the $39.95.
This is deceiving. Watch out!
