VacationRentals.com (Part of HomeAway.com) is a misleading site. Their website says that you can try their service risk free for 30 days but THAT is a LIE. If you read their 6000 word disclaimer somewhere on their site it says that there is no refund for people signing up for monthly subscriptions.
And this disclaimer also says that non-monthly subscriptions (yearly?) quitting within 30 days will be charged a $75 service fee. How can that in ANY WAY be advertised as risk free??? They are liars.
For a $29 signup service perhaps I should have considered hiring a lawyer at $300/hour to review the 6000 word "disclaimer"...

I provided him the text of my complaint but his only response has been for me to call him directly which I won't do as I want all communications with this company in the written record. I have offered to discuss the matter further through email.
Trey did not refute anything in the complaint. (Though in fairness he just didn't respond to it. I was giving him notice that I intended to bring this complaint to others.)
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They mislead you to get your money promising a "risk free" experience but in fact your money is gone.
