Poor Customer Service - Garbage goods - They Don't Care Suffolk

I ordered two grab bags. The site said that they will send me 5 random items from the warehouse in each bag and it has a value of at least $29.99.instead of 10 random items, I got 10 bags of orange plastic practice balls which had a retail price stamped on them of $1.49 for a total value of 14.90 instead of the $60.00 stated on the site.

Now they did have a disclaimer on another page (that you have to click to see) that said that I HAD to accept what they sent me. I had no problem with that disclaimer but I was expecting 10 different (or at least 5 or 6 different items like tees, divot tools, club covers etc) but not 10 bags of the same thing plastic balls. What a rip off!

I called Customer Service and went immediately to voice mail, I could not talk to anyone. They did call me back about 2 hours later and pretty much told me "too bad so sad. But per our disclaimer, you're stuck with what we sent you unless you want to return the items less a 15% restocking fee. I guess if they sent me 10 tees, that would be ok with them since they had the disclaimer.

Rockbottomgolf may have great prices on their last years model clubs, but I would not recommend them. If you have any customer service issues, your complaints will fall on deaf ears. You also may fall victim to "The Disclaimer".

They do not care about their customers.

PS. When I gave a poor review on Rockbottomgolf's website for this item, it does not appear, only the positive reviews are showing.
