First let me tell you about the owner. Phyllis taie. She is straight liar and con artist. She over charges clients. She lies to clients about what she has done in the past. She has committed insurance fraud that I have proof of. Then she hires all former drug addicts and prisoners cause no one else will work for her... This lady and Dream Vision looks nice on the outside but is totally chaotic on the inside. Don't believe a word she says. She is in the middle of 6 Law Suits against her and her company.
