I try canceling my service over the phone but never can talk to a live person. I left message with no responses. I sent back 2 each unopen packages on 14 sept with a Notary Statement requesting a refund. Today 20 sept I checked my and two more package was in my mail. I took down the tracking number and refuse to pickup item. I also have emails dating as far back as 6 sept requesting to cancel. There phone service is always busy.
