Ordered Phentermine on May 22, paid extra for quick shipping never received order. Spoke with an operator, confirmed the order, payment had been taken from my credit card, said I should be receiving the order soon. Around June 20th, I attempted to call again, got a different company who could not assist me.
Called my credit card company who began a dispute claim. I receved several return emails from the company saying they would refund me my money within 14 working days, it has been over 20 working days.
I feel that the company is ripping off consumers, they had no intention of ever sending the order.
My bank is still pursuing the dispute, I am thinking of going to the Media next, if I dont get a resolution soon.
I am still sending them emails, only to get a setup standard respose. I hope that other consumers hear about this company before ordering.
