Lillian Spencer aka Lillian or Lily Mitchell of Arbonne International is a complete fraud and a dangerous practicioner of medicine without a license. She has no real address but claims to live in either Menlo, GA; Summerville, GA, Ooltewah, TN or Ringgold, GA. She claims to be an RN, but makes unsafe and outlandish claims about her product, which in actuality is part of a pyramid scam.
She also promises free samples and products to the people she cons into signing up under her (another part of the pyramid scam) and never delivers them.
Stay as far away from this woman as possible. Your physical and financial health could be endangered by her.
