Ripoff charged me $99.41 for a product I didn't receive

I called to ask about not receiving my product and getting charged before receiving it. The operator told me not to worry and that the charges would be reverses.

Two days later the charges were still there and I called again. They told me that there was no refund and that my account was cancelled. I asked to speak to someone in charge and they told me that there was someone in charge but they didn't come to the phone.
