I have placed 2 orders with this company (company goes by 2 different names, allrxmeds & bestmeds) 1st order 5/4/07 & 2nd order 5/8/07. Both orders have been debited from my checking account, $189 & $195 respectively. To date, I have not received either order and have been offered to have them reshipped which I accepted. I still have not received the reshipped order and cannot reach any customer service department to follow up or to have these amounts credited to my account. This has been over 2 months with no order received and no refund. I am fed up and will be consulting an attorney along with filing a dispute at the bank for these charges.
