On May 15th I order from allrxmeds. I had a question so I tried contacting them via the phone number on their webpage.
Guess what the phone number only places you on hold. So I tried senting numerous emails that same day to cancel my order, due to the fact if their phone number is fake, most likely they are too.
No surprise they never answered any of my emails. I contacted my credit card company the day the charge hit 5/17/07, and have submitted a fraud claim. AmEx is disputting the charge. I tried again to contact allrxmeds. Eu again on May 17, via their phone number and after being on hold for 45 minutes.
I got through to allrxmeds. Eu, I told the representative that I wanted to cancel my order and that I was disputting it with my credit card company. The representative stated, they would refund my money, and I would receive a confirmation email indicating that my money had been refunded, and I would see the refund on my AmEx account within a few days.
I will not hold my breath for allrxmeds. Eu to do anything. At least I have American Express fighting for me.
My suggestion to anyone purchasing from this company or any other like, if sounds to go to be true it probably is. Stay away from online pharmacies.
