Placed first order on May 11. Never received product, but my money was taken from the "get-go". Order was supposedly reshipped, but never received second order either. Company offered to reorder a third time using a tracking number, but wanted me to pay extra shipping charges. I told them I would not pay anything else and they should pick up the cost as this should be part of "customer satisfaction".
They finally agreed to do so. I was told the order was get to me on Sept. 14. Still no product has arrived at my destination. I called them on Sept. 17 and told them I wanted my money back. They kept pestering me to reorder and to give them another chance. I absolutely refused. Now I am waiting to see if I get my money back.
