Will not answer any calls, e-mails, letters. Their product does not work for me, and I wish to send it back in order to get my money back

Easy to explain as they will not answer me period. They took my money, gave me all the phony paper work, and that was that. Checked ripoff report about this outfit and nothing showed up.
