Ripoff, sent wrong product, haven't received refund

I ordered a product called Alvidar online from Selmedica Healthcare. They sent me a product called Zetacap. After sending back the wrong product and demanding a refund, I still haven't received my money. It's been almost 2 months.

All the representatives at Selmedica have given me the run around. When I finally did speak to a manager, (Holly, Refund Manager,) she assured me that I would get my money back and a check would be sent out to me the following day. (Excluding the shipping and handling charges.) I agreed to this amount out of frustration. To date, I haven't received my refund.

The Selmedica representatives were intentionally misleading and very uncooperative. Completely against what they advertise online..."Iron Clad risk free Guarantee". Don't purchase anything from Selmedica Healthcare or any of their other companies. After my negative experience, I did some research on Selmedica and found out they operate under many different names/websites.

Be Careful. And if you too have been ripped-off, please files reports against this company so we can protect other consumers out there. (bbb.org and ifccfbi. Gov/cf1.Asp)
